Terms and Conditions

1 . Rescheduling and Cancellations

  

  • Any cancellation will result in 50% of the full payment of your booking.

  • Cancellations must be received and confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to event day.  Cancellations after this time will result in 100% of the event booking fees.

  • Client must reschedule within 60 days of a cancelled event with a new booking at equal or higher value.

  • Rescheduling an event that has been cancelled prior to 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booking fee, however that will be applied towards a future booking within 60 days of the original booking date.

  • In the case of rain, the Client will have up to 48 hours prior to the event day to make an alternate arrangement to an indoor location or reschedule the event within 60 days of the original event day.

  • If the weather forecast predicts 60% or greater of  precipitation, we will not set up in an outdoor location.  At which time the event may be rescheduled or relocated to an indoor location.

  • If The Curated Picnic Co is not notified of the cancellation, rescheduling, or venue change within 48 hours prior to the event date, no refunds of any kind will be provided.

2. Loss or Damage

  • All rental items that are supplied for each event are the property of The Curated Picnic Co, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Damage or loss of any of the rental items will result in damage fees equal to the current replacement cost of the item(s).

  • Client is responsible for the safety and care of all rental items within the duration of the booked event until items are collected by The Curated Picnic Co at the culmination of the booked event.

  • The Client agrees to cover the costs to replace any damaged or stolen items while under the supervision of the Client during the booked event time.

  • The Curated Picnic Co accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained where the Client and or guests move or incorrectly use the rental items against the recommendation or instruction of The Curated Picnic Co.

3. Interpretation

  • "The Curated Picnic Co" means the business responsible for the booking package and rental of items.

  • "Client" means the person(s) or business who is renting the items from The Curated Picnic Co.
